Kearsten and Austin’s California celebration at Serendipity Garden Weddings Venue started in two very different but equally fun ways. The guys were sipping whiskey and shooting pool, laughing and enjoying the calm before the excitement of the day. Meanwhile, the girls had mimosas, blasted their favorite tunes, and danced around getting ready together. Kearsten and Austin shared a first look that was absolutely magical! They exchanged private vows, holding a quiet moment together before the whirlwind of the day took over. The ceremony took place outside at Serendipity Garden Weddings Venue with the California landscape as the backdrop. The light, the views, and the energy all combined to make it feel open, relaxed, and perfectly them. After the ceremony, the reception was also outside, allowing the space to feel expansive and lively while guests enjoyed cocktails and mingled. We captured portraits of the bride and groom during cocktail hour while everyone was relaxing and socializing, giving them a quiet moment together before the energy of the evening fully kicked in!
Golden Hour and the Big Celebration
After dinner, speeches, and the father-daughter dance, we snuck away for golden hour portraits. That soft light made every shot feel cinematic and dreamy, and Kearsten and Austin got a little private time together before the party fully erupted. Kearsten’s second dress was a whole moment of its own and kicked off the real celebration. Guests danced late into the night, desserts were enjoyed, and the energy was contagious.
