No matter if you're brand new to photography or have been doin' the damn thing for a second, everyone needs help or inspiration at one point or another in their career. I remember when I first started, I was SO lost on the process. And when I say lost, I mean, real lost. I spent tireless hours Googling and YouTubing on how to use my camera, how to edit, etc., but I felt like I wasn't getting where I wanted. Finally I decided I wanted and truly needed to learn from someone and be hands on. Shout out to my girl Kielle from Kielle Laren Photography - she was my first mentor in Las Vegas and now one of my close friends. She was such a huge help and honestly was one of the reasons why my business got its jumpstart.
Now that I'm at a good place with my skill set and my business, I want to be able to offer mentor sessions to help grow others! Below are a couple different options to help fit your educational needs.
This option is ideal for anyone who is out of state or maybe too busy to meet in person. I personally have done this option with mentor sessions because I was out of state from the photographer I wanted to mentor with.
We will spend up to 90 minutes chatting about whatever you want to know, I can even show you some editing tricks over Skype!
This option is for anyone who is brand new to photography or who needs some inspiration. You get to choose which session you'd want to do - adventure couple, indoor cuddle, engagement, boudoir, family - you name it, let's do it!
I will arrange the model or models, location and timing that will give you a range of different lighting situations and the freedom to try different poses, prompts and whatever else you want to try. After, we'll go grab some coffee or food and jump into editing the beautiful new photos from the session.
Goal out of this would be to have you feeling confident with guiding your clients during the session while having fun!
